About Me:

We have two daughters. Rose who we are currently homeschooling and Lily who is a toddler and keeps us on our toes at the moment. Haha. 

A little about our family, Aaron was homeschooled from K5 to graduation using predominately BJU Press Homeschool Curriculum. I attended public school from grade school through high school. Aaron received his Pilot license his senior year of high school and graduated in May of 2018 from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science with concentration in Aerospace and a minor in Information Systems. Aaron’s family’s ability to homeschool allowed him to advance his education far beyond my own and he was able to travel with his parents when work allowed it.

When we first married, I did not think homeschooling would be for me. The decision to homeschool weighed heavy on my heart as we want the best for our daughter’s education. After praying for the Lord to Lead us in the right direction we feel BJU Press Homeschool was the answer the Lord gave us. I am blessed and excited to be able to stay home and teach my daughters. Thanks to the BJU Press Homeschool Curriculum I feel confident in giving my daughters the education they need!

I have had the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge about homeschooling by helping my mother in law, Eujeana Chism in past years, as she was a HomeWorks by Precept Consultant in our area for 13 years. Also, by hosting My own HomeWorks events, Curriculum displays, Conventions, Our homeschooling journey etc....

I am blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of this community and to give our daughters the best education we can. We look forward to the journey ahead of us and hope that we can help you and your family meet your homeschooling needs.
