About Me

 I have been married to my wonderful husband, Tom, for 20 years. We have four amazing children, ages 16, 14, 11, and 8. We love using BJU Press Homeschool materials and are confident in the education our children are receiving. Video Courses are a huge blessing, and working side-by-side with my children with the help of thorough and engaging materials is a joy. 
 
We have a unique homeschool life since we navigate therapy appointments, sensory diets, school, and all of the fun that comes with a large family living with kids with challenges. I am an educator, and I have been teaching in one way or another for over 20 years. I've taught from preschool up to 6th grade. I taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades in Christian schools. I am now working part-time as a Kindermusik Educator as well. If you have any questions about working while homeschooling, please feel free to reach out! 
 
I've also taught music to children from birth through 8-year-olds. I love serving the homeschool community and have enjoyed building relationships with homeschool parents over the years.
