Nathan Pierce
Nathan serves as Executive Director of Family Protection Ministries, where he has worked since joining the staff in 2002. With more than 20 years of advocacy experience at the California State Capitol, he works to protect parental rights and homeschool freedoms by monitoring legislation, engaging with legislators, and testifying before committees. Homeschooled through high school, Nathan earned a B.A. in Political Studies from The Master’s College. He and his wife, Betsy, have homeschooled their eight children, two of whom have now graduated, and continue to homeschool their six youngest.

Zan Tyler
We will also be joined by a special guest speaker, Zan Tyler! Zan has helped to pioneer the way for homeschoolers since God called her in the mid 80’s. When she speaks, she encourages fellow homeschool families and shares her passion for teaching children with a biblical worldview to help build God’s kingdom.
