About Me

Our family began homeschooling in 2006 when our oldest started preschool using the BJU Press Homeschool Foundations program. My goal was to homeschool "until my children can read" but once we accomplished that goal - why stop there?  My husband and I have been married for 21 years and have 3 sons - Allan is a college freshman, Daniel is in 11th grade, and Stephen is in 8th grade. BJU Press Homeschool has given us the flexibility to meet each boys' needs by utilizing both the parent-led approach and Video Courses. It has been such a blessing to learn and grow together in so many ways. My goal is to encourage you on your journey - you can do this!
